True story: the first time I met these guys, I was walking towards a studio and I noticed they were walking in the same direction. I recognized them at a corner and walked up to them,
“Yo, you guys are the Product, right?”
*No reaction. Take another puff.*
“Yo fellas.”
“You mean ‘The Package’.”
“Yea, course. What up.”
“Haa. Startin off with a joke. I like that.”
Never made that joke again. Plus, how could I when they continuously drop dope shit like this here release. More of a ‘collection’, the Remixes and Rarities is a collaborative effort between The PACKAGE and a slew of producers. My favorite, (OG and remix) is still The Drug (track 3 below), especially with Scrilla bringing a sinister pseudo-harpsichord loop that gives an OG West Coast Transylvania vibe to the track.
Don’t bitch about radio rap if you don’t download shit like this.

Incredible review! It took me two hours to even remotely think of something to type in response and I’m still semi-speechless. I’ve been telling people that this project is fire and it’s so good to see the public reaction and this very public validation of The Package’s work. They’ve been putting it down in the DMV for some time and the respect you showed them here is sincerely appreciated! I read the review to Dimes over the phone and he was blown away!
